A protocol’s own dashboard saying it has paid is the promise side of the register, not this side — that is the entire distinction the site is built on, and it would be a strange place to start making exceptions.
One line is already close. otcdesks.cash publishes a running total paid to holders, and its rounds are on chain and can be summed. Until each is matched to a signature it stays UNREAD — a figure we are repeating, not one we are confirming.
